This short, self-paced module gets you ready for the process mapping workshop. By the end you will know the vocabulary, the swim lane structure, and the templates you will work in, so the in-person day can focus on hands-on work rather than definitions.

Why it matters
The maps you build feed directly into the requirements the Department will put in front of vendors in the RFP. The people who map their own work are the people whose knowledge shapes what the new system has to do.
A note on your time
This is real work on top of everything else you carry — scheduled deliberately, in protected time, in manageable pieces. This module is the first piece.
